Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support team development.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project objectives.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and assistance in their tasks.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance.
- Strong understanding of financial accounting and controlling processes within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP FI CO modules to meet business requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with integration points between SAP FI CO and other SAP modules.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP FI CO functionalities.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FI CO Finance.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
