Business Operations & Integration (BO&I), US Operate – Specialist Executive Manager
Drive transformational change at one of the world's leading professional services firms. As an executive Strategic Services Manager, you'll lead high-impact strategic initiatives that span our cross-business operate and managed services (“Operate”) portfolios - advancing standardization, building operational consistency, and unlocking sustainable growth across the businesses.
As an executive Strategic Services Manager, you will lead cross-business Risk Management initiatives that support business growth, enhance operational efficiency, and help scale our cross-business operate / managed services (“Operate”) offerings. You will serve as a strategic advisor partnering with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to shape the future of our Operate services. Your responsibilities will include:

Developing and executing strategic plans to advance cross-business objectives and accelerate the growth of our Operate services offerings

Partner with senior leadership to align strategy with organizational goals and define high-impact strategic projects, initiatives, and investments

Manage and report on progress, outcomes, and business impact of strategic initiatives to executive stakeholders

Design innovative solutions aligned with strategic objectives for cross-business Operate services - including vision setting, storyboarding, business case development, and point-of-view documentation

Identify and champion opportunities for innovation, standardization, and scalability across the Operate business

Extract and synthesize value-added insights from multiple data sources to inform strategic decision-making

Lead cross-functional teams to implement strategic projects and drive adoption across business units and support functions

Facilitate identification and dissemination of leading practices from business-led Risk Management investments

Build strong collaborative relationships across the organization to ensure alignment and successful execution

Design and oversee a cross-business Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) dashboard across financial, operational, talent, technology, and service continuity domains to provide comprehensive visibility into cross-business Operate portfolio risks

Support implementing next-generation contract management requirements by leveraging Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) capabilities to proactively identify, assess, and mitigate cross-business portfolio risks across Operate services

Collaborate with the firm-level ERM team to build synergies and ensure alignment of cross-business Operate portfolio risk management initiatives

Qualifications
Required:

Bachelor's degree with experience of working in professional/IT outsourcing firms for Operate services

Over 10 years of experience leading large-scale strategic programs, with hands-on experience in delivering managed services, Operate services, or outsourcing engagements

Enterprise Risk Management and Cross-Business Transformation Leadership: Proven track record of architecting ERM frameworks from strategy through operationalization and/or orchestrating large-scale service delivery transformations spanning multiple business areas

Executive communication skills: Exceptional ability to synthesize complex information and build compelling narratives for C-suite and senior leadership audiences

Strategic relationship management: Track record of building cross-functional partnerships, influencing key stakeholders, and fostering trust and collaboration across all organizational levels

Analytical and problem-solving acumen: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business challenges, identify root causes, and design innovative, actionable solutions

Thought leadership: Brings quality insights and forward-thinking perspectives to shape strategic solutions and drive organizational value

Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related field

Professional services experience: Leadership experience within Operate services or managed services in a Big 4 or professional services environment

Innovation in risk management: Proven ability to create and implement proactive risk identification, assessment, and mitigation strategies across multiple portfolios or business units

CLM platform proficiency: Demonstrated experience leveraging CLM systems to proactively detect, monitor, and manage portfolio risks across complex service delivery environments

Client-centric approach: Experience designing and delivering solutions that prioritize client needs and drive satisfaction

Data-driven decision making: Advanced analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into strategic recommendations

Industry expertise: Deep understanding of market dynamics, emerging trends, and best practices in Operate services and enterprise risk management
