Job Title: Receptionist / Reservation Executive

Key Responsibilities:
1. Front Office Operations
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Maintain front desk records and guest information
2. Reservation Management
- Handle room bookings via phone, email, and walk-ins
- Update reservation systems and ensure accuracy of bookings
- Coordinate with housekeeping for room availability and status
3. Guest Handling
- Address guest queries, requests, and complaints promptly
- Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction
4. Billing & Payments
- Prepare guest bills and process payments (cash/card/online)
- Maintain accurate billing records and reports
5. Communication & Coordination
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments
- Ensure smooth communication between departments for guest requirements
6. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain daily reports (occupancy, arrivals, departures)
- Keep records of reservations and cancellations
7. Telephone & Email Handling
- Answer calls professionally and route them appropriately
- Respond to emails and booking inquiries promptly
8. Sales Support
- Promote hotel rooms and services to maximize occupancy
- Handle upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Skills Required:
- Good communication skills (English, Tamil; Hindi preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, booking software)
- Customer service and interpersonal skills
- Presentable personality and professional attitude
Experience:
- 1–3 years in hotel front office / reservations (freshers with good communication can apply)
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
