Job Title: Content Creator
Electrify Services is one of the fastest-growing engineering services start-ups and is seeking a Content Creator. This is an individual contributor role with a direct impact on company growth. We would like to see this position grow as the company evolves.
Major Responsibilities
Create original and engaging content for social media platforms.
· Plan and produce photo and video content for reels, stories, short videos, and promotional campaigns.
Edit videos, reels, and short-form content using editing software and mobile/video editing tools.
Design or coordinate creative visuals, thumbnails, captions, and post layouts.
Write engaging captions, hashtags, and post descriptions aligned with the brand voice.
Schedule and publish content regularly across different social media platforms.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, viral formats, audio trends, and competitor content.
Manage content calendars and ensure timely posting of all digital content.
Monitor engagement, audience response, and content performance to improve future posts.
Work closely with the marketing/sales team to create promotional and branding content.
Maintain consistency in brand identity, tone, and visual style across all platforms.

Skills and Qualifications
Must-Haves:
Experience in content creation, social media handling, and video editing.
Good knowledge of platforms like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, Canva, InShot, or similar software.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh content ideas.
Strong communication and caption-writing skills.
Understanding of social media analytics, engagement, and platform trends.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
