Description of the job role:
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on compressor systems.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues with compressors.
- Conduct preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance.
- Respond promptly to client service requests and provide technical assistance.
- Collaborate with sales team to identify service contract opportunities.
- Maintain detailed records of service activities and spare parts inventory.
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry best practices. Visit prospective clients, follow up on market leads, and pitch our engineering solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify, pitch, and close service contract opportunities during site visits.
- Visit local industrial units, factories, and workshops across Pune to build long-term relationships and generate new sales.
Requirements:
- Education: ITI, Diploma, or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Automobile Engineering (Freshers or 1 year experience).
- Must Have: Personal Android smartphone, own Two-Wheeler (Bike/Scooter), and a valid Driving License.
- Skills: Good communication skills in Marathi/Hindi, convincing ability, and a strong interest in on-field sales and technical service.
