Job Description
We are looking for a responsible, proactive Residential Hostel Caretaker for our Men’s Hostel. The ideal candidate will support the smooth day-to-day functioning of the hostel, ensure student welfare, and maintain discipline and cleanliness within the premises.
Key Responsibilities
Assist wardens in daily hostel operations and student supervision
ccompany students to the hospital/medical facility in case of illness or emergencies
Address student requests and coordinate resolutions promptly
Ensure discipline, safety, and adherence to hostel rules
Maintain basic records and administrative documentation Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree (minimum qualification)
Prior experience in hostel, residential facility, or accommodation management preferred
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, record keeping)
Good communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills
Ability to handle students responsibly and maintain a professional environment
