We hiring a Data Analyst for MIS reporting and database management work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Merge and manage large Excel files for MIS reporting
- Work on Excel, Google Sheets & MySQL databases
- Analyze data trends and generate meaningful reports
- Maintain database accuracy and data integrity
- Coordinate with teams for reporting and analysis
- Advanced MS Excel: The cornerstone of MIS. Requires mastery of VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, and complex data formulas.
- Database Management: Proficiency in querying, managing, and structuring relational databases using SQL.
- Data Visualization & BI: Ability to create dynamic business dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Data Automation: Using tools like Python, Power Query, or VBA to reduce manual reporting errors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT or related field
- Strong knowledge of Excel & Google Sheets
- Working knowledge of MySQL preferred
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Prior experience in MIS/Data Analysis roles preferred
Experience Required:
- MIS: Minimum 3 to 5 years of experince is Mandatory
