Job Description: Digital Marketing & E-commerce Growth SpecialistRole Overview
We are looking for a highly analytical, growth-driven Digital Marketing & E-commerce Growth Specialist to join our team Full-Time on-site/hybrid in Bandra West, Mumbai.
In this role, you will take full ownership of our B2C customer acquisition and retention strategies. You will manage our Mailchimp email marketing funnels while aggressively driving and optimizing sales performance via Amazon Ads (AMS) and Noon Ads. The ideal candidate knows how to scale marketplace revenues using a mix of paid performance marketing and targeted email automation.
Key Responsibilities Marketplace Performance Marketing (PPC)
- Ad Management: Setup, manage, and optimize sponsored product, brand, and display advertising campaigns on Amazon Seller Central and Noon Seller Lab.
- Keyword Strategy: Conduct extensive keyword research, bidding management, and competitor analysis to lower ACoS / TACoS and maximize ROI.
- Listing Optimization: Collaborate with our creative team to optimize product titles, bullet points, backend keywords, and A+ content to boost organic rankings and ad conversion rates.
Mailchimp & Lifecycle Marketing
- Retention Marketing: End-to-end execution of B2C email marketing campaigns within Mailchimp to drive repeat purchases and brand loyalty.
- Automated Funnels: Build and maintain automated customer journeys (Welcome series, Abandoned Cart sequences, Post-purchase reviews).
- Audience Growth: Implement strategies (such as landing pages and social media hooks) to safely capture customer data and expand our independent subscriber list.
- Data Tracking: Utilize Amazon Attribution links and custom marketplace promo codes to track direct revenue generated via Mailchimp campaigns.
Digital Presence & Reporting
- Funnel Building: Guide external traffic (from social media and emails) into high-converting marketplace funnels.
- Analytics Dashboard: Maintain weekly and monthly performance reports tracking open rates, CTRs, ad spend, sales revenue, and blended profitability across Amazon and Noon.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in B2C e-commerce performance marketing (specifically Amazon Ads and email marketing).
- Platform Expertise: Highly proficient in Amazon Seller Central, Noon Seller Lab, and Mailchimp.
- Analytical Skills: Advanced knowledge of e-commerce metrics (ROAS, ACoS, CTR, Conversion Rate).
- Copywriting: Excellent command of English with the ability to write sharp, persuasive product descriptions, ad copy, and email subject lines.
- Collaboration: Ability to brief designers effectively to get the exact visual assets needed for campaigns.
