Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Social Work, Public Relations, or related field.
- Master’s degree preferred (MBA/MSW/Development Studies).
- 3–8 years of experience in CSR fundraising, business development, NGO partnerships, or corporate relations.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong proposal and report-writing ability.
- Relationship management and networking skills.
- Knowledge of CSR regulations and corporate funding processes.
- Negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and fundraising databases.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with NGOs, foundations, or CSR departments.
- Existing corporate network and donor connections.
- Track record of achieving fundraising targets.
- CSR funds raised annually.
- Number of corporate partnerships secured.
- Donor retention rate.
- Proposal conversion success rate.
- Timely reporting and compliance completion.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
