JOB DESCRIPTION – DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Job Summary
Responsible for managing VGP Heritage’s digital presence, promoting the resort, restaurants, events, weddings and other offerings, generating leads, and improving online visibility and bookings.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google Business Profile and other digital platforms.
- Plan and execute social media content, including posts, reels, stories and promotional videos.
- Create and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and other platforms.
- Handle audience targeting, retargeting, lead generation, campaign optimization and budget management.
- Monitor CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, conversions and ROAS and improve campaign performance.
- Promote rooms, restaurants, weddings, banquets, corporate events, offers and special promotions.
- Coordinate with the videographer, designer, sales and operations teams for content and campaigns.
- Generate and track digital enquiries and ensure proper follow-up with the concerned team.
- Manage Google reviews, online reputation and customer engagement.
- Maintain the monthly content calendar and ensure timely posting.
- Track competitors, social media trends and new digital marketing opportunities.
- Prepare weekly/monthly digital marketing reports for Management.
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing preferred, preferably in hospitality.
- Strong practical knowledge of Google Ads, YouTube Ads and Meta Ads is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, SEO and Google Business Profile.
- Good understanding of lead generation, conversion tracking, remarketing and ROI.
- Good content creation, communication and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of Canva and basic video editing will be an advantage.
- Creative, proactive and able to work independently and meet deadlines.
