Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Engineer to manage the execution of residential interior projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate site activities, supervise installation teams, ensure quality workmanship, monitor project timelines, and deliver projects within the planned schedule while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise residential interior site execution from project initiation to handover.
- Study approved drawings, work orders, and installation schedules before execution.
- Conduct site measurements and verify site readiness.
- Coordinate with installation teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
- Ensure installation is carried out as per approved drawings and quality standards.
- Monitor daily work progress and ensure timely project completion.
- Verify materials received at site against the work order and material checklist.
- Identify and resolve site execution issues promptly.
- Ensure adherence to safety practices and maintain site housekeeping.
- Update daily progress reports and communicate project status to the Project Manager.
- Coordinate snag rectification and ensure successful project handover.
- Support payment follow-ups and collect customer feedback after project completion.
Required Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in residential interior site execution.
- Experience in modular home interiors is preferred.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of residential interior execution and modular furniture installation.
- Ability to read technical drawings and layouts.
- Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and client-handling abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple sites and work under deadlines.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in residential interior projects.
- Strong focus on quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
