Job Summary
RMS Campus is inviting applications from enthusiastic and dedicated MCA candidates for the position of Lecturer / Assistant Professor in the BCA Department. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, good communication skills, and a passion for teaching and student development.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver lectures for BCA students as per university curriculum
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and study materials
- Guide students in projects, practicals, and presentations
- Maintain academic records and student performance
- Participate in departmental activities, seminars, and academic events
- Support placement, mentoring, and overall student development
Eligibility Criteria
- MCA completed from a recognized university
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of programming languages, DBMS, Web Technology, Networking, etc.
- Teaching experience will be preferred
Preferred Skills
- C, C++, Java, Python, PHP, MySQL
- Web Development & Software Development knowledge
- Classroom management and mentoring skills
- Basic knowledge of AI tools and modern technologies
