Playwright Testing Trainer – Job Description (Chennai)
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Playwright Testing Trainer to train students and freshers in modern automation testing using Playwright. The trainer should be capable of teaching both manual and automation testing concepts with hands-on real-time testing projects.
Job Role
- Train students in automation testing using Playwright
- Conduct practical sessions with real-time web application testing scenarios
- Teach end-to-end testing concepts and automation frameworks
- Guide students in writing automated test scripts and debugging issues
- Support interview preparation and testing project development
- Prepare assignments, assessments, and training materials
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and evaluate student performance
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of:
- Playwright Automation Framework
- JavaScript or TypeScript
- Manual Testing concepts
- Web Application Testing
- Hands-on experience with:
- End-to-End (E2E) Testing
- UI Testing
- API Testing basics
- Cross-browser Testing
- Test Assertions and Locators
- Page Object Model (POM)
- Test Reporting
- Debugging and Error Handling
- Understanding of:
- SDLC & STLC
- Git & GitHub
- CI/CD basics
- Agile methodology
- Knowledge of Selenium or Cypress is an added advantage
- Good communication and teaching skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science / IT or related field
- Previous training or mentoring experience preferred
- Real-time automation project experience is a plus
