Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Senior Sales Executive with a strong background in US / International Sales, cold calling, and international calling. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proven ability to close deals, and experience leading and managing high-performing sales teams. This role requires a strong sales mindset, customer-convincing ability, and expertise in managing end-to-end international sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage international (US market) sales operations to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Perform and oversee international calling and cold calling to generate and close new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet individual and team targets.
- Handle high-value client interactions, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Ensure consistent follow-ups with prospects and customers to maximize conversion rates.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and track KPIs using CRM tools.
- Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to improve lead generation and sales effectiveness.
- Ensure adherence to international sales standards and best practices.
Mandatory Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in International / US Sales.
- Mandatory hands-on experience in international calling and cold calling.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in managing and leading sales teams.
- Strong knowledge of US sales processes and customer behavior.
- Ability to work in a night shift environment.
Required Skills
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
- Strong sales acumen with outstanding convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Expertise in customer handling and relationship management.
- Experience working with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented mindset.
- Strong interpersonal and team management skills.
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced sales environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B / B2C international sales.
- Exposure to SaaS / IT / Services sales (if applicable).
- Prior experience handling US-based clients and accounts.
