Supervise daily interior fit-out and furniture installation activities.
Read and interpret architectural, electrical, plumbing, ceiling, and furniture drawings.
Ensure execution matches approved designs and measurements.
Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, false ceiling teams, and other contractors.
Plan daily work schedules and allocate manpower efficiently.
Inspect materials received at site and verify quality and quantity.
Report material shortages and coordinate timely procurement.
Monitor project progress and ensure milestone completion.
Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control.
Identify and resolve site execution issues quickly.
Ensure all safety practices are followed on site.
Conduct site measurements before production and installation.
Coordinate with the factory for production status and dispatch.
Prepare daily progress reports with photographs.
Update project status to the Project Manager and management.
Attend client meetings and address site-related concerns professionally.
Coordinate snag rectification and final handover.
Ensure proper housekeeping and protection of completed work.
Pay: ₹175,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
