Daily Field Coordination Confirm crew availability and readiness in their zone by 9:15 AM every working day. Report to Ops Manager immediately if any crew is absent or short. Visit a minimum of 2 installation sites per day within their zone. Physically present for QC sign-off on at least 1 site per hub per week. Issue daily site assignments to O&M partner crews. Confirm receipt and understanding before crews depart. Quality Control Inspect installations against Neo San's 10-point QC checklist. Approve or reject each installation. A rejected job is not paid — rework must be completed and re-inspected before sign-off. Verify photo documentation — pre-install wall, bracket, and live machine — is uploaded for every completed job. Escalate any recurring wall condition failures, access issues, or quality patterns in their zone to Installation Lead same-day. Operations Scale-Up | Hiring Plan Partner Crew Interface Manage site access issues — if site contact is unavailable or access is denied, escalate to Ops Manager immediately. Do not leave crews waiting beyond 30 minutes without authorisation. Do not manage O&M partner crew HR, leave, or internal disputes. All people-management issues go through the partner's hub manager. Flag any site condition that differs from the survey record — wall type, height obstruction, missing power — immediately on discovery. Crew does not proceed without supervisor clearance. Reporting Submit daily zone completion count to Ops Manager by 5:30 PM. Include: installs completed, rejections, access failures, next-day blockers.
