About the Role
Programming.com is seeking a skilled and passionate Automation Tester with strong expertise in mobile test automation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining robust automation frameworks for Android and iOS applications using Appium and Python.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for mobile applications (Android/iOS).
- Build and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Appium, Python, and Pytest.
- Implement and execute BDD-based test scenarios to improve collaboration and test coverage.
- Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure high-quality software delivery through effective test automation strategies and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and define test scenarios.
Required Skills
- Strong experience with Appium for mobile test automation.
- Proficiency in Python programming.
- Hands-on experience with Pytest Framework.
- Good understanding and practical experience with BDD (Behavior-Driven Development).
- Experience in Android and iOS mobile application testing.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools and integration.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
