Who We Are:
Stone Paper Stories is a multifaceted production house, with a special interest in education. Our work spans original music, films and theatre, often with learning at its heart. Our projects include Central Board for Fixing Education (Reform Movement, Youtube) and Cham Cham Express (Original Kids Music, App).
Problem Statement:
Our digital presence needs a shepherd. We are creating content like crazy across our verticals, and we need someone to align it all, study it, and bring rigour and insight into leveraging content for growth (organic and inorganic).
Your Role: bring order, strategy and analysis to our array of creative projects. Use a mix of creativity and data to scale up our digital footprint, thus finding us new audiences and creating bigger impact.
More specifically, you will be in charge of strategising, planning, scheduling and posting across all our channels, and will be accountable for growth. You will also be in charge of our marketing spend online. You will leverage existing content in new and exciting ways, dream up new content pieces and marketing ideas, execute them with our team, and then analyse, learn and improve the process at a rapid pace. Your metrics for success would be content performance (CTR, watch time) and lead generation (new projects and partnerships).
Details:
- The role often involves travel, and requires flexibility.
- Specific skills needed: perfect fluency in English and Hindi, writing, social media management and analysis, social media strategy, Meta and YouTube Ads.
- Experience in music/film marketing or education/ed-tech marketing is desirable.
- Basic design and editing skills are required.

Ragini Tandan is the voice of the famous "Lamberghini" song. Apart from being a world-renowned singer, Ragini is also an accomplished songwriter and producer.
