Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and responsible Delivery Executive to handle the safe and timely delivery of IT hardware products such as workstations, servers, desktops, LCDs, and related equipment. The role requires careful handling of sensitive equipment and coordination with internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver IT hardware products (workstations, servers, desktops, monitors, peripherals, etc.) to clients safely and on time
- Ensure proper handling, loading, and unloading of fragile and high-value equipment
- Verify delivery details such as invoices, serial numbers, and client signatures
- Coordinate with the warehouse/team for order pickups and dispatch schedules
- Assist in basic on-site placement of equipment (no technical installation required unless trained)
- Maintain delivery records, proof of delivery (POD), and documentation
- Communicate with clients professionally during deliveries
- Report any damage, delay, or issues immediately to the supervisor
- Ensure vehicle maintenance and follow all traffic and safety regulations
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass
- Prior experience in delivery/logistics (preferably in electronics/IT products) is an advantage
- Valid driving license (2-wheeler)
- Basic understanding of handling electronic equipment
- Physically fit to handle loading/unloading of equipment
- Good communication and basic documentation skills

- Familiarity with IT hardware (servers, desktops, networking equipment)
- Ability to use GPS/navigation apps
- Time management and punctuality
- Customer-friendly attitude
Working Conditions
- Field job involving daily travel

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
