Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist with 8+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, and Advanced Analytics. The ideal candidate should have expertise in designing and deploying scalable machine learning solutions, building predictive models, and deriving actionable insights from complex datasets. The candidate should be capable of handling end-to-end data science projects, from data collection and preprocessing to model deployment and monitoring.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Statistical Modeling.
- Proficiency in Python, including Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and/or PyTorch.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and relational/non-relational databases.
- Experience with Git/GitHub for version control and collaborative development.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and containerization.
- Good understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP for ML deployment and data pipelines.
- Experience with MLOps concepts and scalable machine learning lifecycle management.
- Knowledge of Big Data technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, or Kafka is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions and effectively present insights to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for business use cases.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and automated ML workflows.
- Monitor model performance and optimize models for accuracy, scalability, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end data science solutions.
- Present findings, recommendations, and business insights to stakeholders.
- Ensure best practices in software engineering, model versioning, and deployment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
- Overall 8+ years of experience in Data/Analytics/Analysis
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end machine learning project execution, including data preparation, model development, deployment, and monitoring.
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles and MLOps best practices.
