Professional & Technical Skills:

- Experience in designing and executing automated test scripts to ensure software quality.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to packaged or SaaS applications.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and release management processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in maintaining platform standards.
