Job Title: INTERIOR - Site Supervisor
Location: KOLKATA
Reports To: Project Manager/Senior Designer/Principle Designer Department: Construction/Project Management
Qualifications: Education: - High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is preferred. o Additional certifications in site execution & safety are a plus
Experience - At least 3-5 years of experience as a site supervisor or in a similar construction-related role. o Proven experience managing teams and coordinating site activities in construction, interior design, or related industries
SALARY - Rs.25,000/- to Rs, 35,000/- + others
Job Summary: The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations on construction or design project sites, ensuring that work is carried out safely, on schedule, and according to project specifications. The Site Supervisor acts as the primary point of contact for all site activities, coordinating workers, contractors, and materials, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. This role requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to resolve issues quickly on-site.
