Qualifications:

Hands-on experience in Development using Perl under Linux environment

Very good knowledge of Perl language & syntax etc.

Working with Perl along with other scripting languages like Shell Scripts or higher-level languages like Java, Python, etc.

Good debugging & bug fixing experience of Perl applications
-
Experience in doing effort estimation for Perl based applications

Familiar with Linux commands & running/scheduling Perl applications to run
-
Should be able to design, implement & run Perl based applications/tools

Experience in Agile model – Scrum framework

Senior profile should have experience in leading a small team of 3-4 people

Knowledge of any tool for Perl development is a bonus

Two levels of experience:
a. Junior : 3 to 5 years
b. Senior: 5 to 8 years -
Good debugging skills for bug fixes and performance improvement.

Admin level exposure with DB and Linux- setting up environments, deployments and server setups

Exposure to Angular (Front end) and MySQL (DB)

Understanding of Version control tools like SVN or GIT

Exposure to SQL injection, DB maintenance, data manipulation, Network traffic monitoring, Security policy, DB optimization, memory management, File transfer

Knowledge of network operations/routers/switches/Subnet mask/ Ipconfig etc
