About the Opportunity
Are you a fresher looking to start your career in Real Estate Sales?
Mozart Realty is offering a structured 1-month training program designed for freshers who want to learn professional sales, customer handling, communication and real estate business skills.
During the training period, you will learn the fundamentals of real estate sales and get practical exposure to customer interaction, property presentations, lead handling and site visits.
After successful completion of the training program, selected candidates will be onboarded for a full-time Real Estate Sales role.

Key Responsibilities After Onboarding
- Handle company-provided leads and generate self-sourced leads.
- Communicate with prospective customers and understand their requirements.
- Explain property/project details, pricing and payment plans.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers.
- Arrange and assist with property site visits.
- Build relationships with prospective buyers.
- Convert leads into site visits and bookings.
- Maintain CRM/DPR updates.
- Achieve individual sales targets.
