Job Title: Assistant Manager – ASM Service Engineer (SMT)
Experience: 2–8 Years
Job Summary:
Responsible for installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support of ASM SIPLACE SMT machines. Lead service activities, ensure maximum machine uptime, support customers, and mentor junior engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation, commissioning, and maintenance of ASM SIPLACE SMT machines.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and software-related issues.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Support machine upgrades, calibration, optimization, and line balancing.
- Lead customer service activities and provide technical guidance to engineers.
- Coordinate with customers and OEM teams for issue resolution.
- Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and technical documentation.
- Conduct operator and maintenance training programs.
Requirements:
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics.
- 2–8 years of hands-on experience with ASM SIPLACE SMT machines.
- Strong knowledge of SMT processes, Pick & Place machines, feeders, vision systems, and machine troubleshooting.
- Experience in customer support, team handling, and service management.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with SMT line equipment such as SPI, AOI, Reflow Oven, and Printers.
- Knowledge of SMT production processes and machine optimization.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
