The consultant will support the Government of Jharkhand in assessing and improving its digital health ecosystem. Scope of Work:
Study existing health IT applications and digital systems used by the state. Map data flow, system integration, and identify gaps in health data management.
Interact with government officials, health departments, and IT teams to understand existing processes and challenges. Assess interoperability and ABDM (Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission) readiness.
Review health finance and payment systems for frontline health workers. Recommend a future digital health architecture, data strategy, and implementation roadmap.
Prepare reports, presentations, and support review meetings with senior government officials.
Consultant Experience
Minimum Requirement Minimum 4 years in Digital Health, Public Health, Health Informatics, Health Programme Management, or related field Skills Required Preferred Knowledge Location Duration Digital Health Systems, Health Data Management, ABDM, HMIS, Interoperability, Government Stakeholder Coordination, Documentation & Reporting FHIR, DHIS2, Health Registries, Digital Public Infrastructure, Open Source Platforms Ranchi, Jharkhand (with travel to Bengaluru as required)
