This role belongs to PAX’s Indian subsidiary: PAX POS Solutions India Pvt. Ltd.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and revenue across India.
- Establish and maintain relationships with Banks, Fin-tech companies, Co-operative banks, Channel Partners (ISVs /Hardware Sellers).
- Drive Sales of POS terminals, Payment Solutions, Soundbox, ECR, UPT and related services.
- Identify new business opportunities and emerging market trends with digital payment ecosystem and payment hardware requirements.
- Negotiate commercial agreements with customers.
- Manage strategic customer/ Top Blue-Chip accounts.
- Collaborate with product, operations and technical teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences and customer meetings
- New customers acquisition and customer retention.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above with at least 1 year of hands-on sales experience in the same industry in India;
- Well-versed in Indian distributor development & retention, channel sales volume driving and promotion execution;
- Familiar with end-to-end workflows including basic GST taxation, local quotation, contract management and payment collection;
- Capable of independently developing new clients, with stable distributor resources and ability to hit monthly sales targets;
- Skilled in CRM systems and able to prepare brief competitor and market analysis reports.

Pay: ₹130,000.00 - ₹220,000.00 per month
