About the Role
We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused, and highly organized Tour Coordinator to join our growing Operations team. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage domestic and international tour operations from departure to completion.
- Accompany tour groups and ensure a safe, enjoyable, and well-organized travel experience.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guests throughout the tour.
- Deliver clear tour briefings, presentations, and destination information.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, restaurants, local guides, and other travel partners.
- Ensure all tour itineraries are executed efficiently and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Build positive relationships with customers and provide exceptional service throughout the journey.
- Capture high-quality photos and videos during tours for social media and marketing purposes.
- Assist the Marketing & Media team by providing engaging travel content from destinations.
- Collect customer feedback and prepare post-tour reports with observations and recommendations.
- Ensure company policies, safety guidelines, and service standards are followed during every tour.
- Support the Operations team in planning and improving future tour experiences.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong leadership and group management abilities.
- Ability to confidently guide and manage tour groups.
- Basic photography and videography skills.
- Ability to capture engaging travel photos and videos suitable for social media.
- Good organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Ability to remain calm and handle unexpected situations during tours.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Willingness to travel frequently, including weekends, holidays, and extended tours.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Travel Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Tour Coordination, Tour Operations, Hospitality, Customer Service, or Travel Management (Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for travel are encouraged to apply).
- Fluency in Malayalam and English is required; Hindi or additional languages will be an added advantage.
- Strong interest in travel planning, destination knowledge, and customer engagement.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, self-motivation, and willingness to learn.
