One of the schools associated with TIDA Sports is looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and responsible PRT/Mother Teacher to teach and support primary-grade students.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach students in primary classes as per the school curriculum.
- Create engaging lesson plans, worksheets, activities, and classroom projects.
- Build a positive, safe, and child-friendly learning environment.
- Monitor student progress, attendance, behaviour, and overall development.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance and concerns.
- Support students in academics, activities, discipline, and daily classroom routines.
- Coordinate with school management and other teachers for smooth class operations.
Skills Required
- Good communication and classroom-management skills.
- Patient, caring, creative, and child-friendly approach.
- Ability to handle young students with discipline and warmth.
- Basic knowledge of activity-based and interactive teaching methods.
- Responsible, punctual, and well-organised.
Education & Experience
- Graduate or postgraduate degree preferred.
- B.Ed., D.El.Ed., NTT, or relevant teaching qualification preferred.
- Prior primary teaching experience will be an advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication and child-handling skills may also apply.
