We are seeking a proactive and results-driven HR Recruiter to manage our end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, screening, and hiring qualified candidates to meet current and future business needs. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and build a strong talent pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing & Attraction: Utilize job boards, social media, professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn), and employee referrals to source passive and active candidates.
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Screen resumes, conduct initial phone/HR interviews, coordinate technical or panel interviews, and manage the feedback process.
Hiring Manager Collaboration: Partner with department heads to define role requirements, craft clear job descriptions, and set realistic hiring timelines.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth, professional, and positive experience for all candidates throughout the selection process.
Offer & Onboarding Management: Extend job offers, negotiate terms, prepare employment contracts, and coordinate background checks and initial onboarding activities.
Recruitment Metrics: Maintain accurate applicant tracking system (ATS) records and monitor key metrics like time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and sourcing channel effectiveness.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Experience: 2–4 years of proven experience as an HR Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or in a recruiting agency.
Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), candidate databases, and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal ability.
Negotiation & Assessment: Proficient in competency-based interviewing techniques and offer negotiation.
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
