Designation: - Sr. SALES ENGINEER
Education : - Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Mechanical
Experience: - Minimum 2 years in sales & marketing for industrial product
Criteria & Quality Requirements in Candidate: - Excellent Personality and Willingness to learn new things by reading Professional Books / self Motivated / flexibility in Multiple work given / Acceptance of Multitask one at a time & Result Oriented / Group leader / work in team / Self Learner / Fluent in English / able to handle telephone speech / Presentation speech / Opening speech and willingness to learn, Good knowledge of MS -Office, PPT, Internet.
Required Skills: - Posses Excellent People Management skills / Good communication skills / Smile on Face every time / Able to manage communication between all Department of the company / multitask ability / flexible in any kind of work given to perform.
Understand of our entire product while training of 1 week at Office in Mumbai after joining.
Prepare and submit minimum two weeks advance planning with pre appointment with customer along with cold call to other customer in same area during visit. Email Marketing and Vendor Registration also a part of Job responsibility.
Personally visit minimum 5 customers in a day for 4 days a week and 2 day office reporting and tele calling for next week schedule or routine telephonic follow up to office personally.
To meet Clients of the company for introduction, generate enquiry, prepare Quotation send after approval form office with regular follow up with Clients for Orders for which the quotation is already sent and fill up the Daily Progress report.
To negotiate Prices with suppliers / vendors time to time whenever require to complete the quotation non standard equipment.
To achieve Sales target as mutually agreed before joining per month within 2 months of joining with mutually agreed yearly target. Any turn over above yearly target will be eligible for incentive of 2% of basic order value.
To clear all Outstanding Payments of due bills with relevant Form if any of Clients on time to time.
To make and receive Phone calls to clients for Enquiry of products / stock of goods / Quotation / technical clarification / drawings approval / any query related to accounts or payments.
