This is a full-time hybrid role for a Design Team Lead at Fruture Studio. The Design Team Lead will be responsible for day-to-day project management, leading and managing a team, and overseeing all the design aspects.
- Manage multiple accounts for their social media, website & Marketing collaterals along with other team members
- Review the work of junior designers and provide sepcific feedback.
- Keep optimising the designing process to deliver quicker & Best output on creatives.
- Collaborate with marketing team, to deliver designs for the pitches
- Create compelling and effective Social Media Posts, logo designs, digital & print media requirements along with the other team members.
- Ensure designs follow brand guidelines
- Conceptualize and execute the creative design strategy behind creatives/ad campaigns
- Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends, and should be curious to learn new tools.
Qualifications
Communication and Team Management skills
5-6 years of experience in graphic design
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Graphic Design or related field
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
