1. Factory Manager
Experience Required: 5+ Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Overall factory operations management
- Production planning and execution
- Team leadership and coordination
- Productivity and quality improvement
- Ensuring timely order completion
2. Finishing In-Charge
Experience Required: Freshers / 1+ Year Experience
- Managing finishing activities
- Coordinating with production and quality teams
- Ensuring finishing quality standards are maintained
3. Woven Quality In-Charge
Experience Required: Freshers / 1+ Year Experience
- Monitoring garment quality during production
- Conducting inspections and quality checks
- Ensuring compliance with customer quality standards
4. Production Merchandiser
Experience Required: Freshers / 1+ Year Experience
- Coordinating between buyers and production teams
- Tracking order progress and timelines
- Managing production-related documentation and communication
