Key Responsibilities
Laboratory Testing
Conduct testing of soil, aggregates, Hardened Concrete, Fresh Concrete , cement, bitumen, steel, bricks, blocks, pavers, GSB ,Wmm and other construction materials.
Field Testing
Plate Load Test (PLT),SPT ,Field CBR Test, Core Cutting ,Non-Destructive Testing (NDT),Compaction Test of Soil
Ensure testing is performed as per relevant IS codes ,Prepare and maintain test records, Observation sheet, Prepare samples Before Testing ,Review calibration status of testing equipment before use, Ensure proper sample collection, labeling, transportation, and storage.
Quality & Documentation
Maintain compliance with NABL quality management requirements.
Prepare technical reports and submit them within specified timelines.
Maintain testing registers, equipment logs, and quality records.
Assist during internal audits, external audits, and NABL assessments.
Qualifications
B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
0–5 years of experience in NABL approved laboratory or Relevant Field .
Freshers Can also apply.
Required Skills
Knowledge of IS Codes related to construction material testing.
Understanding of NABL requirements and quality systems.
Ability to interpret test results and prepare reports.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and report preparation.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Experience
Experience in Geotechnical Investigation and Material Testing.
Experience in NABL-accredited laboratories.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
