Position: Marketplace associate
As an E-commerce Specialist, you will support the day-to-day management of our online marketplace operations across multiple platforms. You will play a key role in product listing, order processing, inventory coordination, performance analysis, and customer support to help drive business growth and enhance the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Management
- Manage and update product listings on Amazon, Noon, Snoonu, Talabat, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Ensure product titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and specifications are accurate and optimized.
Order Fulfillment
- Monitor and process customer orders to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to resolve shipping and delivery issues.
Inventory Coordination
- Track inventory levels across all platforms.
- Ensure timely stock replenishment and resolve discrepancies between physical inventory and online listings.
Performance Monitoring
- Analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and marketplace metrics.
- Prepare regular reports on product performance and promotional campaigns.
- Identify opportunities to improve product visibility and sales.
Customer Support
- Handle customer inquiries related to products, orders, returns, and refunds.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve satisfaction.
Marketing Support
- Assist in planning and executing promotions, discounts, and marketplace campaigns.
- Support sponsored advertising and other initiatives to increase product visibility and sales.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Noon, Snoonu, or Talabat.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions such as VLOOKUP and HLOOKUP.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively under deadlines.
- Passion for e-commerce and online retail operations.
