Job Summary:
Ellvin Energy Pvt Ltd is hiring energetic and result-oriented professionals for Deputy Regional Manager and Field Manager roles. Candidates will be responsible for expanding solar business operations, managing field teams, generating leads, and driving customer conversions under rooftop solar programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day field operations in assigned territory
Recruit, train, and lead Field Managers / sales teams
Conduct door-to-door campaigns and customer awareness programs
Generate leads and convert prospects into customers
Achieve monthly business targets and team goals
Coordinate with installation and operations teams
Build strong local market presence and partnerships
Submit daily performance reports to management
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum Degree preferred
Experience in Sales, Marketing, Insurance, Finance, Telecom, or Solar industry preferred
Strong leadership and team management skills
Good communication and negotiation abilities
Two-wheeler and smartphone preferred
Target-driven mindset with willingness to travel
Salary & Benefits:

Field Manager: Up to ₹90,000/month
Deputy Regional Manager: Up to ₹1,50,000/month
