- Stock Auditing & Control: Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly audits of loose pearls, gold, and diamond inventories to prevent shrinkage or discrepancies.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Liaise directly with the manufacturing unit and artisans for timely delivery of new pearl and gold collections.
- Database Management: Utilize specialized jewellery ERP and billing software (such as Tally or specific POS systems) to track SKU-level data, weight loss during melting/manufacturing, and gross margins.
- Demand Forecasting: Analyze regional sales data across Hyderabad branches to ensure top-selling pearl and gemstone designs remain adequately stocked during festival seasons and wedding peaks.
- Quality Assurance & Compliance: Ensure all gold and silver inventories meet local regulatory and hallmarking requirements.
- Vendor Management: Manage the procurement of loose pearls, precious gems, and raw materials, negotiating terms and verifying quality upon receipt.
