Job Title: Store & Inventory Executive – Showroom
Location: Zirakpur, Punjab
Job Summary
We are looking for a Store & Inventory Executive to manage showroom inventory, spare parts stock, accessories, and vehicle records. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, coordinating inventory movement, and ensuring smooth showroom operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain inventory of vehicles, spare parts, accessories, and other showroom items.
- Record all inward and outward stock movements accurately.
- Conduct regular stock verification and physical inventory audits.
- Ensure proper storage and organization of inventory items.
- Coordinate with the sales and service teams regarding stock availability.
- Monitor inventory levels and raise purchase requirements when necessary.
- Maintain inventory records using Excel or inventory management software.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Track damaged, missing, or slow-moving stock and report discrepancies.
- Ensure all vehicle delivery and stock documentation is properly maintained.
- Assist management in inventory planning and stock control activities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in showroom, dealership, store, or inventory management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory software.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in stock management.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Experience in automobile dealerships will be preferred.
