- Basic Computer Knowledge (MS Excel)
- Knowledge of Busy Software will be an added advantage.
Job Responsibilities
- Process purchase indents and follow up for timely procurement of materials.
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations, deliveries, and order status.
- Compare quotations and assist in price negotiations.
- Maintain purchase records, documentation, and MIS reports.
- Support inventory control and stock management.
- Process supplier invoices and coordinate payment documentation.
- Update purchase data in ERP/Busy Software.
- Assist in vendor development and supplier management.
- Ensure compliance with ISO and statutory documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments for material requirements.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel
- Good communication skills
- Basic understanding of procurement and inventory
- Documentation and record-keeping skills
- Willingness to learn and work in a team
- Basic internet and email knowledge
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
