Delivery Manager - RCM AI

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Facing - Serve as the trusted delivery partner for provider clients, understanding their revenue cycle operations deeply and keeping client satisfaction consistently high while ensuring measurable financial impact.
- Delivery Management and Lead agentic transformation. Take ownership of how companies' Al agents are deployed across client RCM workflows - translating operational challenges into automation that delivers results.
- Provide RCM expertise. Bring subject-matter authority across the end-to-end revenue cycle: front-end (eligibility, prior authorization, registration), mid-cycle (coding, charge capture, clinical documentation integrity), and back-end (claims, denials, AR follow-up, payment posting).
- Manage and grow people. Build, mentor, and motivate delivery teams, leading with clarity and care to make transformation real for clients.
- Partner across the business. Work with product and engineering to channel client needs into how our agents evolve, and with client partners to ensure delivery consistently exceeds expectations.
- Apply a consulting mindset. Diagnose before prescribing and frame every engagement in the metrics providers care about - clean claim rate, denial rate, days in AR, and cost to collect.
Required Skills:
- 10+ years in healthcare revenue cycle management, with deep, hands-on expertise across the end-to-end cycle.
- Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, RCM operations lead, or subject-matter expert at an RCM billing company, BPO, or healthcare provider.
- Strong command of front-end, mid-cycle, and back-end RCM workflows, payer dynamics, and the metrics that define success - clean claim rate, denial rate, days in AR, and cost to collect.
- Demonstrated people-management experience building, leading, and mentoring operational delivery teams.
- A consulting mindset: you diagnose root causes, design solutions, and communicate in outcomes.
- The ability to engage credibly with provider executives, including VP of Revenue Cycle, CFO, and operations leadership.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-relationship skills.
- Familiarity with, or strong curiosity about, AI, automation, and their impact on healthcare operations.
- A bachelor's degree is required; relevant RCM certifications such as CRCR, RHIA, or CPC are a strong advantage.
- Willingness to be based in Chennai or Coimbatore, with client interaction as required.
