Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused professional to support our IT Product Marketing and Business Development initiatives. The role involves identifying prospective customers, generating qualified leads, executing email campaigns, conducting customer outreach, and delivering basic product demonstrations to interested prospects.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify target customers across industries and locations.
- Build and maintain prospect databases in consultation with Business Development Managers.
- Execute email marketing campaigns and follow-up activities.
- Conduct outbound calls to introduce company products and understand customer requirements.
- Qualify prospects and generate sales-ready leads.
- Schedule and coordinate product demonstrations with decision-makers.
- Deliver basic online product demonstrations and explain key product features and benefits.
- Address preliminary customer queries and gather business requirements.
- Maintain lead and customer interaction records in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with the Business Development to progress opportunities.
- Track lead generation activities and submit periodic reports.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and customer interaction abilities.
- Confidence in making outbound calls and conducting online product demonstrations.
- Good internet research and database management skills.
- Basic understanding of B2B sales and lead generation processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Qualification & Experience
- Graduate in Business, Marketing, IT, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related disciplines.
- 1–3 years of experience in IT Product Marketing, Lead Generation, Inside Sales, SaaS Sales, Product Demonstration, or Business Development.
- Experience with ERP, HRMS, CRM, Manufacturing Software, SaaS Products, or Enterprise Applications will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
