Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Leasing Manager to lead leasing activities across residential, commercial, and retail properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing leasing strategies, driving occupancy, managing tenant relationships, negotiating lease agreements, and identifying new business opportunities. This role requires strong market knowledge, leadership capabilities, and excellent negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Identify and secure new leasing opportunities through market research, networking, and business development activities.
- Manage the complete leasing cycle, from prospecting and property presentations to lease execution and renewals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, landlords, brokers, and channel partners.
- Lead lease negotiations and ensure favorable commercial terms for the organization.
- Conduct regular market surveys and competitor analysis to identify market trends and rental benchmarks.
- Monitor property occupancy levels and prepare leasing performance reports.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote available inventory and generate quality leads.
- Ensure timely lease renewals, rent escalations, and compliance with lease terms.
- Manage and mentor leasing executives and analysts to achieve business objectives.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams for lease documentation and closures.
- Maintain an updated database of prospects, tenants, and leasing transactions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA preferred.
Experience
- 5–8 years of experience in real estate leasing, sales, or business development.
- Proven track record in commercial, retail, or residential leasing.
- Experience in managing leasing teams and achieving revenue targets.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 per month
