Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced LLM Developer to design and develop AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, AI Agents, and intelligent automation frameworks. The candidate will work on enterprise and governance-focused AI platforms involving multilingual intelligence, analytics, automation, monitoring systems, and conversational AI.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Build RAG-based intelligent systems using vector databases
- Design and develop AI Agents and automation workflows
- Integrate OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or open-source LLMs into applications
- Develop prompt engineering frameworks and reusable AI pipelines
- Fine-tune and optimize LLMs for domain-specific use cases
- Build scalable backend APIs for AI services
- Work on multilingual NLP and conversational AI systems
- Deploy AI applications on cloud or GPU infrastructure
- Optimize inference speed, token usage, and AI response quality
- Collaborate with UI/UX, backend, DevOps, and product teams
- Research emerging AI technologies and implement advanced GenAI solutions
Required Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Experience with LangChain or LlamaIndex
- Knowledge of RAG Architecture
- Experience with Vector Databases:
- Pinecone
- FAISS
- ChromaDB
- Weaviate
- Experience with OpenAI APIs or open-source LLMs
- Prompt Engineering expertise
- API development using FastAPI or Flask
- Understanding of embeddings and semantic search
- Knowledge of Hugging Face Transformers
- Experience with Git, Docker, and Linux

Qualification
- B.Tech / MCA / M.Tech / M.Sc in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
- Relevant AI/LLM project experience preferred
