Modern Age Coders is a live, instructor-led online coding and mathematics education platform serving students aged 6 to adults across 15+ countries. We run real-time classes not pre-recorded videos — in Python, Java, Web Development, AI/ML, Data Structures & Algorithms, and Mathematics. We teach concepts, not syntax. Depth over shortcuts. Always.
Who We Are Looking For
We are not looking for someone who can just write code. We need someone who can make a 10-year-old understand recursion, make a 17-year-old fall in love with algorithms, and make a 30-year-old professional say "I finally get it."
You are a programmer at heart and a storyteller by nature. You believe that every concept has a wow moment waiting to be unlocked — and you are obsessed with finding it. If blank stares in a class feel like a personal challenge you must conquer, you belong here.
Compensation
One-to-One Class (1 student) — ₹150 per class
Group Class (3+ students) — ₹250 per class
What You Will Do
› Deliver live online sessions in one or more of: Python, Java, JavaScript, Web Development, AI/ML, or Data Structures & Algorithms — with clarity, energy, and depth.
› Adapt your teaching on the fly. If a concept lands, go deeper. If it doesn't, find a better analogy — right there in class.
› Build genuinely engaging learning environments where students think out loud, make mistakes freely, and leave every session wanting more.
› Design custom exercises, mini-projects, and real-world challenges that reinforce concepts rather than just repeat syntax.
› Give timely, constructive feedback on student work — always framed to grow confidence alongside skill.
› Maintain session notes and share structured updates after class for student progress tracking.
What You Must Bring
Deep, first-principles understanding of at least two programming languages — you know the WHY behind every concept, not just the HOW.
Ability to teach any syntax quickly because your fundamentals are rock solid. Language is a tool; logic is your home.
Proven experience teaching or mentoring students in a live (not pre-recorded) environment.
Excellent spoken and written English — you communicate complex ideas simply without losing precision.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional setup for online sessions.
Genuine enthusiasm for teaching. Students feel the difference immediately.
Bonus Points If You...
› Have experience teaching students aged 8–18.
› Are familiar with AI/ML, DSA, or competitive programming concepts.
› Have contributed to curriculum design or structured learning materials.
