We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team by managing leads, coordinating client communication, maintaining CRM records, preparing proposals, and ensuring smooth execution of the sales process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the sales team to manage daily sales activities.
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate client and lead information.
- Follow up with potential clients through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Schedule client meetings and site visits.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, invoices, and sales documents.
- Coordinate with design, operations, and accounts teams for project updates.
- Track lead status and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Handle client inquiries and provide prompt support.
- Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain proper documentation of contracts and client records.
- Support management in planning and executing sales strategies.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Wokspace.
- Experience with CRM software is preferred.
- Ability to work under deadlines.
- Professional telephone etiquette.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
