Programme Leadership
- Lead and manage all Applied Learning and Skill Development initiatives across centres.
- Develop annual operational plans, budgets, and programme strategies.
- Ensure successful implementation of donor-funded skill development projects.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and outcomes.
Community College Management
- Supervise the functioning of Community Colleges and vocational training centres.
- Ensure quality delivery of training programmes.
- Introduce new courses based on market demand and employment trends.
- Standardize curriculum, training methodology, and assessments.
Skill Development & Curriculum
- Identify emerging industry skill requirements.
- Design and develop employability-focused training programmes.
- Update training modules in line with government and industry standards.
- Promote digital literacy, soft skills, and life skills training.
Placement & Industry Partnerships
- Develop strong relationships with industries, employers, and placement agencies.
- Ensure trainees receive internship and employment opportunities.
- Achieve placement targets as committed under various projects.
- Organize campus interviews, job fairs, and employer engagement programmes.
- Track placement outcomes and post-placement retention.
Project Management
- Coordinate with CSR partners, government departments, and funding agencies.
- Ensure compliance with donor guidelines and project objectives.
- Prepare project reports, impact reports, and documentation.
- Monitor project budgets and resource utilization.
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor Centre Heads, Trainers, Placement Officers, and Project Coordinators.
- Conduct regular reviews, performance evaluations, and capacity-building sessions.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Monitoring & Quality Assurance
- Develop monitoring systems to measure programme effectiveness.
- Track enrolment, attendance, certification, placement, and beneficiary outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements.
- Implement quality improvement initiatives across all centres.
Networking & Business Development
- Identify new funding opportunities in skill development.
- Prepare concept notes and proposals for CSR and institutional donors.
- Build strategic partnerships with industries, educational institutions, and government agencies.
- Represent Sevalaya in external meetings, conferences, and stakeholder engagements.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate programme records and MIS.
- Submit monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Present programme performance to senior management and donors.
Qualification
- Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW), MBA, Education, Rural Development, Human Resource Management, or a related discipline.
- Additional certification in Skill Development or Project Management is desirable.
Experience
- 15–20 years of experience in Skill Development, Vocational Training, Community Colleges, Livelihood Programmes, or NGO Project Management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Experience managing CSR-funded or government-funded skill development projects is preferred.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
