Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

About the Role
Dreamtime Learning is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources team. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about HR operations, employee engagement, and leveraging AI tools to improve workplace efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Preparation and maintenance of HR reports, trackers, and MIS.
Employee document collection, verification, and record management.
Creating welcome emails, employee communications, and HR-related posts.
Assisting in onboarding, employee orientation, and documentation processes.
Maintaining and updating HR databases, employee records, and personnel files.
Supporting attendance management and responding to employee queries.
Assisting in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook updates.
Supporting employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and HR events.
Coordinating exit interviews and related documentation.
Preparing presentations, Minutes of Meetings (MOMs), HR metrics, and meeting summaries.
Coordinating with department heads and supporting routine HR follow-ups.
Requirements
Fresh graduates can apply.
Sound knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, or similar platforms.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Must own a laptop.
Willingness to learn and grow in the HR domain.
