Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective and existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product/service information.
- Generate leads through outbound calling and follow up with potential customers.
- Respond to customer queries received through calls and other communication channels.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update customer details in records.
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into customers.
- Achieve assigned calling and sales-related targets.
- Required Skills:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable making inbound and outbound calls.
- Hindi and English communication skills preferred.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
