Job Responsibilities
- Install, configure and maintain CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR and IP cameras.
- Handle CAT6 cable laying, termination, crimping and testing.
- Troubleshoot CCTV, networking, power and recording issues.
- Configure IP addresses, routers, switches and remote viewing.
- Attend customer complaints and breakdown/service calls.
- Visit customer locations across Trichy and nearby areas.
- Perform preventive maintenance and replace faulty CCTV equipment.
- Prepare service reports and update work status.
- Provide technical support and explain basic system operation to customers.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in CCTV installation and field service.
- Good knowledge of Analog & IP CCTV systems.
- Basic knowledge of LAN, networking, routers and switches.
- ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, ECE or related field preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence mandatory/preferred.
- Willingness to travel for field service.
Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
