Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive – SaaS Sales to drive business growth across our SaaS, AI, and digital solutions portfolio within the Australian market.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, lead generation, consultative selling, and international client engagement. You will own the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to product demonstrations, negotiations, and deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end B2B sales for SaaS, AI, and digital solutions.
- Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting using Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email campaigns, and cold outreach.
- Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, and solution presentations.
- Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers, business owners, and senior stakeholders.
- Manage the sales pipeline, forecasts, proposals, and CRM updates.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding and delivery.
- Stay updated on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS Sales, IT Services Sales, or Digital Solutions Sales.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Hands-on experience with Apollo.io and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience working with international clients, preferably Australian clients.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with a high degree of ownership and accountability.
- Comfortable working closely with C-suite leaders and engaging with senior decision-makers across client organizations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling SaaS products, AI solutions, digital services, web development, mobile applications, or cloud solutions.
- Exposure to the Australian market or other international markets.
- Understanding of Generative AI, LLM-based products, AI Automation, Web3, or emerging technology solutions.
